News from Sanderling House

Fall is here and the whole area is turning into the warm autumnal colored pool, our visitors are seeing the boats  on the creek making the most of our fabulous weather and catching the fall fish, which are in abundance this year. The yard is becoming quieter with the rich summer bloos fading a little and we are busy working, introducing different plants to be enjoyed next year.  The faithful humming bird has left for the winter but in a day or two there will be the winter migration of birds moving south, a most interesting time for birders.

 The boats in the marina are still ready for the exciting fall fishing season with 'Miss Ella', a famous fishing charter boat with Tom Narin at the helm. Some good sailing  and fishing  has taken place this summer and we hope it will continue through to the end of the year

You can still sit on our deck, overlooking Broad Creek and relax with your beverage of choice, cookies to delight your taste, air which is pure to breathe and such restful surroundings.
